After studying at Birmingham College of Food, I moved on to further my career overseas and worked in fine-dining restaurants in Marseille and Menorca, learning new aspects of modern cookery.
I later gained experience throughout England in Michelin awarded establishments, from Torquay to London.
I’ve now come back home to Birmingham to share all that knowledge in our own modern British restaurant.
My dream was always to open my own restaurant and hopefully that passion shows through my food.
I’m a natural people person and organise balletic service with a smile!
I have over 10 years’ experience in the industry, working in all aspects of hospitality from Cafés and bars, to gastropubs and restaurants.
As soon as you walk through the door, it’s my responsibility to cater to your every need.
